VISION
About the Development
Slater Avenue will be four- to five-stories of modern apartment homes in a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The 270 units will have an average size of 866 square feet with ample parking for residents, guests, and commercial users.
Architecture & Design
Orange, Calif.-based AO Architects designed the Slater Avenue project in a classic architectural style with a pedestrian-level store frontage design, incorporating a mix of stucco, brick, stone, and wood siding finishes and a variety of detail.
A thoughtfully designed wrap product, Slater Avenue will have an enclosed parking structure surrounded by residential and retail buildings that completely conceal the parking.
The development will have varied building edges and heights and will be tree-lined with landscaped setbacks, courtyards, multiple public seating areas, and private open spaces.

Slater Avenue will include a full array of amenities including two roof decks, swimming pool and spa, fitness and yoga studio, golf simulation room, indoor and outdoor lounges, furnished and landscaped public and private plazas, outdoor games area, a restaurant with outdoor dining, and a walk-up coffee bar.

A modern restaurant with 5,000 square feet of indoor space and 2,000 square feet of outdoor/enclosed patio space will provide a vibrant social scene at the northeast corner of Slater Avenue and San Mateo Street. Offering dining in a relaxed and attractive environment, the restaurant will be a place where residents, visitors, passers-by, and the broader Fountain Valley community can gather for dining and entertainment.
